We like to conduct business face-to-face allowing for an authentic business connection and where we can get a feel for your culture and needs.  We then evaluate candidates against both what your needs are and what success looks like across your industry.

The process is simple: we provide up-to-date market intelligence on each search for our clients, perform in depth face-to-face interviews and deliver a targeted slate of candidates through our Applicant Tracking System, making the process seamless.

Gibbs Consulting works on primarily a retainer bases but will consider modified or exclusive contingency searches depending on the position.
